Then a product of Hubilo, an event management company came to save everyone from this problem and the most interesting thing is that they had the solution or the product already with them.

Hubilo was started in 2015 by Vaibhav Jain, Mayank Agarwal and John Peter with an idea ahead of its time which was to conduct virtual meetings and gatherings to save time and resources but they couldn't succeed as people preferred to meet in physical, the idea didn't worked and then they had to pivot into an event management company which provides tech solutions according to the event.

In 2020 when everything stopped then this company had only 2 options left to run the company as every other company faced losses. Either they layoff their workforce or work on any effective solution. Then they got to bring their old idea into picture.

It took them only 25 days to build the product with their partnering company. And till then they have made many gatherings and meetings possible and saving companies resources and time. They even had organised many big events for companies like AWS, Seimens, Roche, Inc42, Tech In Asia and GITEX which is one of the largest tech event around the globe.

The business model is described in the basis of different segments of business as they offer subscription model for meetings and per head fees for big events as they have a dynamic business model.
